Brilliant company everything from ordering to fitting professional and completed to a great standard. Loving the new carpet will definitely be using them again.

We found Monarch carpets via a friend, who recommended them. We were very pleased as soon as we stepped into the showroom, lovely staff who clearly know the products they sell, really pleasant to deal with. Special thankyou to Emma who dealt with us, and helped us choose our kitchen flooring and stairs and landing carpet, we were very pleased with the quote. The communication was great through out with fitting dates etc. The fitters were on time extremely pleasant people to deal with and did a fantastic job.
We will definitely use Monarch Carpets again and would highly recommend.

This is the second time we've used Jamie and Emma at Monarch Carpets - Jamie was very helpful in measuring up and pointing us in the right direction, answering all of our questions along the way. Emma was very helpful in being flexible around confirming fitting dates around our decorator finishing in the week leading up to Christmas. The fitter was very friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be coming back during 2026 to re-floor the remaining rooms. We always make a point of supporting local businesses and both Jamie and Emma are leaps and bounds ahead of any of the typical highstreet retailers, can't recommend highly enough.

Would highly recommend. Jamie is very knowledgeable and helpful. We had an LVT floor fitted and we’re absolutely delighted with it. The fitters were great - did a brilliant job and helped us out some of the bigger furniture back. So overall great service and great product.

Friendly from start to finish, through booking for measurements to choosing and fitting the carpet. Fitting was fast, friendly, no mess and no damage to skirting boards as I have experienced from other companies. Will have back again.

I recently had a new floor fitted. The fitters, Max and Ben, were very friendly and efficient, and left everything clean and tidy. I was able to go out and leave them to tidy up and lock up. I would definitely recommend Monarch Carpets

Great friendly and professional service from the measuring to choosing the best flooring. The fitter was on time and did a great job fitting the laminate floor and beading perfect job.

We popped into Monarch carpets just for a look and spoke to Emma, we explained what we wanted and she showed use various samples, we had used Monarch about eight years previous and needed a change to our lounge carpet, when we made our selection, Emma checked with the supplier and we booked a date and time for the carpet to be laid, we emptied our lounge the best we could, just leaving a settee, the fitter came the same gentleman who laid the original carpet, and he laid the new carpet after removing the old all done and cleared away within a couple of hours, great service , would recommend them
