We have used monarch carpets for many years now, they sorted out our whole house, then when we moved it was a no brainer we would be using them again. Our most recent and new to us was having LVT in our living room and dining room, the whole process was smooth and the job completed in 2 days. The lads were very professional and The results, stunning 🤩

From initial measuring, choosing our lounge carpet and fitting , the service from Monarch was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for Jamie or Emma . The finished room is excellent our fitter did an outstanding job finishing with clearing the waste and vacuuming the new carpet, I would highly recommend Monarch.

Good service, measuring and advice. Removed old laminate, fitted new laminate beautifully, and tidied and cleared away all old rubbish. And all at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Would not hesitate to recommend Monarch Carpets. From the moment we walked into the shop, Emma was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the whole experience easy and welcoming. Even when we accidentally gave the wrong measurements, the team at Monarch were fantastic to deal with and went out of their way to help us put things right. It really showed their genuine commitment to great customer service. We absolutely love our carpets and are really pleased with the final result. We found Monarch carpets via a friend, who recommended them. We were very pleased as soon as we stepped into the showroom, lovely staff who clearly know the products they sell, really pleasant to deal with. Special thankyou to Emma who dealt with us, and helped us choose our kitchen flooring and stairs and landing carpet, we were very pleased with the quote. The communication was great through out with fitting dates etc. The fitters were on time extremely pleasant people to deal with and did a fantastic job. This is the second time we've used Jamie and Emma at Monarch Carpets - Jamie was very helpful in measuring up and pointing us in the right direction, answering all of our questions along the way. Emma was very helpful in being flexible around confirming fitting dates around our decorator finishing in the week leading up to Christmas. The fitter was very friendly and efficient. We'll definitely be coming back during 2026 to re-floor the remaining rooms. We always make a point of supporting local businesses and both Jamie and Emma are leaps and bounds ahead of any of the typical highstreet retailers, can't recommend highly enough.

Mine was only a small job, one room, but I received the same great treatment I think I woud for a larger order. Good advice given, fast fitting, and help sourcing a carpenter for the doors. I'm so pleased; my room feels bright again!
