From our first visit to the final delivery we received exceptional customer service and support. We wanted to use a local firm rather than a national one and we never regretted it. They outfitted all 4 bedrooms, both landings and stairs and our lounge to a very high standard over 3 days and laid hardwood flooring in our conservatory over a further 2 days, all the time working with our availability. We used Monarch Carpets as part of a kitchen upgrade. Jamie was very helpful in deciding which floor covering to go for. Before they started the job, the floor was not quite level and they did a good job in correcting this. We are very pleased with the result and can thoroughly recommend them.

Monarch Carpets are great, we have used them on several occasions. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and able to give advice without trying to upsell you. Service is good and we were kept updated on delivery lead times. Fitters were very courteous as well.

From the moment we entered their shop, Emma couldn't have been more helpful. She answered all our questions and gave us very helpful advice. Jamie sized up our room and explained everything in simple terms. When the carpet fitter arrived, he was very polite and courteous and made a superb job of laying the carpet. Will definitely use them again, we would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable competent company.

We have used monarch carpets for many years now, they sorted out our whole house, then when we moved it was a no brainer we would be using them again. Our most recent and new to us was having LVT in our living room and dining room, the whole process was smooth and the job completed in 2 days. From initial measuring, choosing our lounge carpet and fitting , the service from Monarch was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for Jamie or Emma . The finished room is excellent our fitter did an outstanding job finishing with clearing the waste and vacuuming the new carpet, I would highly recommend Monarch.

Good service, measuring and advice. Removed old laminate, fitted new laminate beautifully, and tidied and cleared away all old rubbish. And all at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
